The associated carrier will deliver to the address provided by the customer within the Panamanian territory. Delivery can only be made to a residential or office address where there are occupants who can receive the products (responsible adults); likewise, these deliveries will only be made on business days.
The cost of delivery will always be assumed by the customer or user and this will depend on the destination specified at the time of purchase, although in some cases, for promotional purposes, at its discretion, CH Trading Company reserves the right to assume the cost of delivery under certain conditions which will be communicated in a timely manner.
Our commitment is to comply with delivery times, therefore if the day your order arrives you or a responsible adult is not present to receive it, the carrier or courier will be authorized to leave it at the door and / or reception of the address indicated. We know how important it is to you and that you would not like to wait until the next opportunity to receive it. All deliveries will be accompanied by an acknowledgement of receipt or signature of the delivery note. Regardless of the method of payment, the delivery person will require the identification of the recipient of the order by means of his/her ID card or any other international identification document as the case may be. Orders will not be delivered to minors.
In the event of problems with the location of the address provided, the recipient of the order must have a telephone number to coordinate the delivery (time, place, reference points, person who will receive the order, identification of the recipient, etc.).
We want to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely manner. If we need to contact you to notify you of any new developments in the delivery of the order and after three attempts we are unable to contact you, it will be necessary for you to fill out the customer service form to request delivery here.
Delivery times depend on the carrier, however, delivery times may be affected by external reasons, such as acts of God or force majeure (due to road collapses, public demonstrations, strikes, natural events, etc.); therefore, if there are delays in the delivery of your order, the mere fact of having exceeded the delivery period will not give any right of compensation to the user.
In CH Trading Company we want to deliver your order in the shortest possible time. Occasionally there are new developments that prevent us from fulfilling our promise, however, we want to guarantee that this time will not exceed 158 working days.
Free shipping for purchases over 500 (USD) dollars
Customers who make purchases greater than or equal to 500 (USD) dollars after discounts will be eligible for free shipping. This benefit is not redeemable in cash. Free shipping applies to purchases only. Does not apply for international shipments, or shipments to islands within the Panamanian territory, Consult list of coverage area and shipping cost here. Freight charges will not be refunded in case of product exchange. Does not apply for same day delivery.
Protocols established during Covid-19
Our dispatch personnel wear masks and disinfect their hands every 20 minutes during the process of preparing your order; our delivery personnel wear masks and disinfect their hands before and after each delivery; likewise, at the time of delivery of your order, we respect the social distance maintaining a minimum distance of 2 meters between the delivery person and the customer.
During the state of emergency established by the Panamanian government, your purchases will be delivered in the established times as long as there are no restrictions on the mobility of goods, so we ask you to be sure to fill out correctly your data and / or the person who will make the reception of the product. We also inform you that the associated carrier has decided to take preventive measures that will protect you and the personnel in charge of making the delivery; through this new protocol, the carrier's official will always deliver your packages wearing a mask, so we ask that once you go out to pick up your products, you should do so wearing a mask and keeping the physical distance, so that both you and our employees remain protected. When you receive your product, always remember to sign the acknowledgement of receipt.
During the sanitary emergency our delivery times may be extended; your order may take up to 15 working days to arrive at your home.
