The customer can exercise the right to exchange, return or apply for product warranties only in the country where the purchase was made. Likewise, CH Trading Company does not undertake to refund money in its physical stores for products purchased in other circumstances.


The costs associated with the collection and delivery of the product you want to change, will be borne by CH Trading Company on the first occasion, in case of recurrence, it is the customer who will bear these costs.


No refunds will be made for subjective nonconformities or warranty issues.

In any case the product must be in the same conditions in which it was sent, with its original labels attached and packaging material, also, it cannot show signs of use, it must be clean and without signs of intervention and/or modification.


Exchange Policies


1.1 As indicated on your invoice, you have 30 days to exchange the product, counted from the date of purchase.


1.2 You can do it in our physical stores, taking the item as it was sent, with its labels and packaging material, it is important to have clear information of the order or buyer. This exchange option can be done as long as the Panamanian government measures allow the opening of physical stores.


1.3 The change can also be requested through our virtual channels, where our consultants will tell you which is the nearest office of our carrier to take the product you wish to return or, sometimes, depending on the location, we will send our carrier to pick up the package, as long as there are access routes. Remember that you must send the package labeled as indicated by the advisor who has attended your request.

To make the exchange effective, your product must meet the following requirements:


  • The product must be in optimal conditions.
  • The product must not have traces of having been used.
  • The product must have its original labels attached.
  • The product must not be modified or altered from its original state.
  • The product must be in good condition and clean.


Accessories, travel cushion, customized and/or modified products and masks cannot be exchanged, nor promotional items.


Exchanges can only be made for size, color or incorrect product shipment:


Product is exchanged for returns concerning new size, change of color or for having sent you the wrong product than the one you initially requested. For this the product will be arriving again within a maximum period of 15 working days from the collection process.

In case of unavailability of the same item, a coupon will be generated with a credit balance for the value previously canceled for new purchases.




  1. You have a time limit of 3 months to make a claim for the quality of the item.
  2. The warranty only covers defects associated with the manufacture of the product and/or materials used for its realization, it does not apply to subjective nonconformities.
  3. Claims for issues related to the quality of the purchased items will only be received through our contacts such as email or phone number.
  4. The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, force majeure or fortuitous event, or by the intervention of a third party.
  5. The handling or maintenance of the product is not covered by the warranty.
  6. In a period of twenty calendar days we will give an answer of the decision taken by our area in charge of your case (exchange, repair or rejection).
  7. In case your warranty is approved, the product must be delivered in adequate hygienic conditions and the reception of the product by CH Trading Company does not necessarily imply its replacement.
  8. All costs associated with the collection and shipment of the product to which you wish to apply the warranty will be borne by the customer.
